These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the fc78 online gaming platform at fc78.org. fc78 is required to verify the identity and age of all Account holders before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires the submission of: (a) a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document such as a PhilSys National ID, Philippine passport, or driver's license; and (b) a selfie photograph taken at the time of submission, clearly showing your face and the submitted ID document.
KYC documents are reviewed by fc78's compliance team. fc78 reserves the right to request additional documentation if initial submissions are unclear, expired, or insufficient to confirm identity and age. Players are encouraged to complete KYC immediately after Account registration rather than waiting until their first withdrawal request.
Failure to successfully complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed. fc78 further reserves the right to suspend or close an Account and withhold associated funds if a Player refuses to provide KYC documentation, submits fraudulent documents, or cannot be verified to be 21 years of age or older.

GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your fc78 Account instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. You warrant that all funds deposited into your fc78 Account are legally owned by you and are derived from lawful sources. You must not deposit funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity or that belong to any third party. Deposits made using payment methods registered to third parties may be declined or subject to additional verification requirements.
fc78 does not charge fees on standard deposit transactions. However, your payment service provider — GCash, your bank, or other channel — may apply their own transaction fees, for which fc78 bears no responsibility.
No withdrawal will be processed from an fc78 Account until the Account holder has successfully completed KYC verification as described in Section 5 of these Terms. This requirement applies to all players without exception.

All bonuses, promotional offers, free bets, cashback programs, and other incentives offered by fc78 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as playthrough requirements) before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The specific wagering multiple applicable to any bonus will be stated in the promotion terms at the time the bonus is offered. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus.
Each promotion is available to one eligible Account per player, per household, per IP address, per device, per payment method, and per registered Philippine mobile number. fc78 reserves the right to withdraw or adjust bonus offers where it reasonably believes players are attempting to manipulate promotional terms or claim bonuses in bad faith.
Bonus Funds that are not played through within the applicable validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Account without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any fc78 content without the prior written consent of fc78. Unauthorized use of fc78 intellectual property may give rise to claims for damages and other legal remedies.
fc78 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fc78 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform and is not liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or connectivity issues beyond fc78's reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fc78 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the fc78 Platform, including without limitation any loss of data, loss of profit, or loss of gaming opportunity.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, fc78's total liability to you for any cause of action arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds held in your fc78 Account at the time the relevant claim arises.
fc78 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond fc78's reasonable control, including without limitation acts of God, natural disasters, government action, war, civil unrest, or failure of third-party infrastructure including internet service providers and payment processors.
fc78 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, fc78 will provide reasonable notice to registered Account holders via the contact information on file — typically by email to your registered address or by prominent notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the fc78 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 15.
You may request closure of your fc78 Account at any time by contacting fc78 customer support. Upon receiving your closure request, fc78 will process any remaining verified real-money balance — net of any outstanding obligations — to your nominated withdrawal method following satisfactory verification.
fc78 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within the period requested; (d) provision of false registration or KYC information; (e) multiple Account violations; (f) regulatory or legal requirement; or (g) any other reason fc78 determines, in its sole discretion, warrants Account closure.
Where an Account is closed by fc78 for cause as described above, fc78 reserves the right to retain any Account balance in accordance with its legal and regulatory obligations and to report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the fc78 Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute between you and fc78, you agree to first contact fc78 customer support to seek an informal resolution. fc78 will make reasonable efforts to resolve your complaint promptly and fairly through its internal dispute resolution process.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through fc78's internal process, you and fc78 agree that the dispute shall be referred to the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Filipino players who are not satisfied with fc78's internal dispute resolution outcome may also escalate their complaint to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's player complaint procedures for online gaming platforms operating in the Philippines.
